How ForgeX Talent uses the personal information of candidates, clients and visitors to this site.

Who we are
ForgeX Talent Ltd is a recruitment business operating as both an employment agency and an employment business under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at hello@forgextalent.com.
What we collect
- From candidates: name, contact details, CV, work history, qualifications and tickets, right-to-work documents, pay expectations, availability, references, and notes from our conversations with you.
- From clients: names and business contact details of the people we deal with, vacancy details and terms of business.
- From visitors: the information you type into our forms, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited).
Why we use it
- To find you work, or to find people for your vacancy. This is in our legitimate interests as a recruitment business and, once you engage us, to perform our contract with you.
- To meet our legal duties, including right-to-work checks, agency regulations and tax rules.
- To contact you about roles or candidates we think are relevant. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We send a candidate's details to a prospective employer only with that candidate's agreement for that role. We use trusted suppliers to run our systems (hosting, email, payroll for contractors) under contracts that restrict what they may do with the data. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are kept for two years from our last meaningful contact, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires longer. Client and contractual records are kept for six years after the relationship ends.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@forgextalent.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, this notice will be updated first.
